iSpring Presenter is a PowerPoint add-in used to convert presentations into Adobe Flash format. After that, presentations can be published and viewed online.

iSpring Presenter supports 189 out of 199 PP 2003/2007 animation effects and all transitions. It allows to insert youtube videos, flash movies, AVI/WMV/MPG/MP4 video clips, and MP3, WAV and WMA audio. iSpring Presenter generates SCORM / AICC compliant content, so it can be used in Learning Management Systems. Built-in QuizMaker can be used to add quizzes to presentations.
